DENTAL

Mr Stevens from Peterborough received a quote of over £10,000 in the UK for dental treatment. The cost, including flights and 10 nights accommodation, for the same treatment in Budapest with Perfect Profiles came to under £5,300.

Diane went to Budapest for dental implants and had problems with her temporary denture. We flew her out to Budapest at our cost to make some minor adjustments.

DENTAL and COSMETIC SURGERY

Husband and wife, Paul and Cherie, travelled together to Budapest. They both went to Budapest for separate reasons, Paul for dental implants and Cherie for cosmetic surgery. They found that having both clinics within the hotel ideal for organising their appointments.

COSMETIC SURGERY

Ms A King from London had been considering cosmetic surgery for some time but the quotes in the UK for a face and neck lift were too expensive, and well over £5,000. She decided to book with Perfect Profiles in Budapest as the cost was still much cheaper, even after adding the accommodation and the flight the total price was still less than half than the UK clinic quotation

Said Ms King: "Perfect Profiles arranged airport transfers and accommodation at the Hotel Thermal, a beautiful spa hotel in Budapest. The surgeon explained everything to me at my consultation, and I forgot any nervousness. The operation was scheduled after the results of my blood tests and the nurse stayed with me until I was feeling well enough to go back to my room. The clinic was located within the hotel so I felt very reassured that there was always someone close by, the hotel staff even brought food up to my room when I didn't feel like braving the restaurant at no extra cost and I was able to recover by relaxing on my hotel balconey overlooking the River Danube.

GENERAL SURGERY

Mr and Mrs Mobley could not see their son, Stephen, suffer any further and decided to seek surgery abroad as private surgery in the UK was too much. Initially he was misdiagnosed and then waited months before given a scan to confirm his severe stomach pains were due to gallstones, he still faced months on a waiting list for surgery as his case was classified as non urgent. From the time Mrs Mobley contacted us, Stephen had had his surgery and had returned home within 2 weeks.

Stephen's father wrote to us: "The care which we received in Hungary was first class. I was very surprised at the size of the hospital, it was much bigger than I had expected and I had made the usual mistake of thinking that because it is Eastern Europe it must be inferior. How very foolish of me. The equipment and facilities were as good as any which I have found at home, the room was clean, and the beds comfortable, all plus points when you hear horror stories about MRSA in our own UK hospitals. We were very impressed by the surgeon who was a pleasant man, highly qualified, and who went to great pains to explain the surgical procedure in detail. By the time of the operation we had every confidence in him and it was not misplaced.
