The Perfect Profiles brand also enables us to negotiate special rates for our patients ensuring that you receive not only high quality treatment, but at a lower competitive price. Our partner clinics must also comply with the Perfect Profiles guarantee terms and conditions. The guarantee terms are stronger than many of our competitors (covering travel expenses for correction of faulty prosthetics). These guarantee terms and pricing will not be the same if you were to book direct.

In the unlikely event of failure, all laboratory work has a guarantee that generally carries a 3 – 5 year period. In addition to the laboratory guarantee, Perfect Profiles has negotiated an exclusive arrangement for their customers whereby the dental clinic will also reimburse your extra travel expenses**
For Crowns, bridge and veneer treatments, although rare, it is possible that a further trip may be required after treatment is completed and should be budgeted for. This is to cover post treatment situations for adjustments such as re-fixing, initial bonding failure and further minor polishing. The above treatments will made free of charge but not travel expenses. During this trip should the work prove to be faulty and needs replacing (not adjusting) then travel expenses will be reimbursed*.
Alternatively, in the case of adjustments you can use a dentist in your own country and forward your bill to the dental clinic for reimbursement. The dental clinic has allowed a budget of 30 Euros for such repairs (re-cementing crowns, denture or partial denture adjustments.
It is also necessary to point out that medicine is not an exact science and though a clinician will do their utmost to cover all events, there can still be unforeseen circumstances, such as root canal treatment after teeth preparation. Occasionally teeth can suffer preparation trauma during crown and bridgework treatment resulting in a need for root canal treatment afterwards. The clinic will not wear the liability for such unforeseen circumstances.
Guarantee will be reduced or invalidated:
| If oral hygiene is neglected |
| If the dentists’ instructions are not followed |
| If removable restoration such as partials dentures or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly |
| If the patient does not visit a dentist for a routine check-up at least once a year |
| If the gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally reducing |
| Accidental damage, for example dropping dentures |
| If there is a general sickness occurring that has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis or health condition after x-rays or chemotherapy). |
| If patient does not notify the clinic or Perfect Profiles prior to exercising their guarantee |
*Due to the variables with most dental treatments this period of guarantee refers to the prosthetic reconstructions and implants only.
**The reimbursement of travel expenses will be limited to £70 for air flights (including tax) and one night accommodation.
